First and foremost, when ordering PLEASE double check your information. About 1 in 10 orders comes in with misspelled shipping addresses, misspelled or missing E-mail addresses (for confirmation) and wrong or missing credit card numbers.

Processing Time:

Orders submitted through the Greatest Herbs On Earth web site are normally processed very quickly for shipping the next business day. Business days are Mondays thru Fridays, except for Holidays.

 

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday, unless Monday is a holiday. In that case the order will ship out Tuesday.

 

Orders placed prior to a mid-week holiday (like Thanksgiving) will be shipped out the following business day.

 

Order Confirmation:
Upon placing an order through our website, you will receive an immediate email confirming that your order has been received.

 

After your order has been processed (usually within 24 hours), you will receive a final email confirming that your order has been processed. This email will contain the total charge for your order including any TAXES that were applied.

 

Sales Taxes:
Due to various state laws, sales tax is now collected on orders shipped to various states. If you live in one of these states Sales Tax or a Use Tax as it may be called will be collected and added to your total when the order is processed.

 

We must collect sales tax for any Natures Spring Reverse Osmosis water purification system and parts, any polycarbonate bottles, or Personal Care items including essential oils.

 

If you currently have an active Nature's Sunshine membership, and you did not join through Greatest Herbs On Earth, you can still place an order. The order will be processed under the Greatest Herbs On Earth membership number.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Standard Shipping - UPS Ground. We ship over 95% of our packages with this method and it is our recommended option. Most of our customers receive their packages within 2-3 business days after shipment. We are able to do this by utilizing the Nature's Sunshine regional warehouses located around the county.

 

PO Boxes - Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post and can take additional time, 7-10 business days. Orders shipped to USA military addresses, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will go via International Bridge and can take additional time. Sorry, but Greatest Herbs On Earth does not ship outside the areas listed above.

 

Orders are shipped from distribution centers in Utah, Texas, Georgia and Ohio to insure fast service.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays by UPS or the USPS once your order leaves our distribution center. If your order does not arrive, we will do all we can to take care of the problem.

 

We never require a signature for delivery. However, there are local UPS areas that will require a signature. There is nothing we can do about that.

 

Please note we are not responsible for items stolen from point of delivery, such as mail boxes or doorsteps. The security of your mailbox or delivery point is the product purchasers responsibility.

Expedited Shipping:
Your order can be shipped Overnight or 2nd day (via UPS). You can request the upgrade in the Comments section of the checkout, however, the cost is dependent on weight and destination. (Additional costs will apply.)

 

Please note that shipping companies only count Mondays thru Fridays as business days. They do not count weekends or holidays as a business day. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

 

If you request an order for Overnight or 2nd Day service on a Friday or weekend, that order will not ship until Monday morning (if Monday is not a holiday). Expedited orders are normally shipped the next business day unless there are unforeseen circumstances that arrive.

 

Shipping and handling charges shown are for addresses within the USA, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and all US Military Addresses.
