Processing Time:
Orders submitted through the Greatest Herbs On Earth web site are normally processed the next business day. Business days are Mondays thru Fridays, except for Holidays.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday, unless Monday is a holiday. In that case the order will ship out Tuesday.

Orders placed prior to a mid-week holiday (like Thanskgiving) will be shipped out the following business day.

Sales Taxes:
Due to various state laws, sales tax will be collected on orders shipped to: Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Kansas, Utah, South Dakota, California and Massachusetts. In some states, like California, these taxes may be called a Use Tax.

We must collect sales tax for any Natures Spring Reverse Osmosis water purification system and parts, any polycarbonate bottles or any NaturesSeal cookware shipped into the state of Texas.

If you place what we consider a very large order, and you do not yet have an established account with us, we may require payment via money order or cashiers check. We need to do this to combat those that attempt to scam online businesses. A large order would be an order of a few hundred dollars and up. You can also print out the form above and mail or fax it in. Faxed orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.

Mail-in orders will be processed within 48 hours of our receiving the order if paying by Credit Card or Money Order. If paying by personal check, the order will not be processed until the check clears. All Mail-in or faxed orders must use our Mail-in/Fax Form above.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our Standard Shipping method is UPS Ground. (For Overnight and 2nd Day shipping information, see below).

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, USA military addresses, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped via US Postal Service and can take additional time, up to 15 business days. Sorry, but Greatest Herbs On Earth does not ship outside the areas listed above.

Orders are shipped from distribution centers in Utah, Texas, Georgia and Ohio to insure fast service.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays by UPS or the US Postal Service once your order leaves our distribution center. If your order does not arrive, we will do all we can to take care of the problem.

We never require a signature for delivery. However, there are local UPS areas that will require a signature. There is nothing we can do about that.

Expedited Shipping:
Your order can be shipped Overnight or 2nd day (via FedEx or UPS).

We charge a flat rate for Overnight and 2nd Day Shipping and handling. Those rates are: $38.95 for Overnight and $18.95 for 2nd Day. Your invoice may show that the actual charges are higher or lower. When higher, we pay the difference. When lower, we get a bonus.

Expedited shipping only available on orders up to $150.00. Orders over $150.00 will be shipped via our Standard Shipping. (Note: The following items can only be shipped via our Standard Shipping: Reverse Osmosis Water System, all NatureSeal cookware, all polycarbonate bottles).

Please note that shipping companies only count Mondays thru Fridays as business days. They do not count weekends or holidays as a business day. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

If you place an order for Overnight or 2nd Day service on a Friday or weekend, that order will not ship until Monday morning (if Monday is not a holiday). Expedited orders are normally shipped the next business day unless there are unforeseen circumstances that arrive.
