Trace Mineral Maintenance (formerly Mineral Maintenance) contains 70 plant-derived trace minerals that are chelated by nature for better absorption.

Research confirms the importance of even tiny amounts of various minerals previously thought to be insignificant to the body.

Minerals activate enzymes, which power thousands of necessary reactions in the body.

The form the mineral takes is also important. For example, trace amounts of aluminum are commonly found in foods, but it is harmless in the natural form when eaten in moderation.

Trace Mineral Maintenance contains varying amounts of the following minerals: aluminum, antimony, barium, beryllium, bismuth, boron, bromine, cadmium, calcium, cerium, cesium, chlorine, chromium, cobalt, copper, dysprosium, erbium, europium, fluorine, gadolinium, gallium, germanium, gold, hafnium, holmium, indium, iodine, iridium, iron, lanthanum, lithium, lutetium, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, neodymium, nickel, niobium, osmium, palladium, phosphorus, platinum, potassium, praseodymium, rhenium, rhodium, rubidium, ruthenium, samarium, scandium, selenium, silicon, silver, sodium, sulfur, tantalum, tellurium, terbium, thallium, thorium, thulium, tin, titanium, tungsten, uranium, vanadium, ytterbium, yttrium, zinc and zirconium.

Every six tablets contain 1,800 mg of Montmorillonite from an ancient ocean deposit and 16 mg of iron from ferrous gluconate, equivalent to 89 percent of the Daily Value.
