Chinese Tiao He® Cleanse is a 15-day nutritional program designed to help the body achieve tiao he— balance and harmony.

It combines Chinese nutritional and Western herbal experience. The Tiao He Cleanse is designed to support the cleansing mechanisms of the body by targeting the intestinal and digestive systems.

In Chinese, tiao he means balance and harmony—two essential elements of health and wellbeing. It makes sense to break out of the routine periodically and cleanse our bodies in order to ensure that our forces remain in balance and harmony.

With Tiao He Cleanse, NSP combines Chinese and Western herbal knowledge for a gentle and effective colon cleanse.

Each packet contains 1 capsule each of:

• Chinese Liver Balance: This combination or 12 herbs is designed to support the needs of the digestive system. It contains bupleurum root, peony root, Typhonium flagelliforme rhizome, cinnamon twig, dang gui root, fushen plant, scute root, zhishi fruit, atractylodes rhizome, Panax ginseng root, ginger rhizome and licorice root.

• All Cell Detox: This combination contains 17 herbs that support digestion and waste elimination. It contains gentian root, Irish moss plant, cascara sagrada bark, fenugreek seeds, golden seal root, slippery elm bark, safflower flower, black walnut hulls, myrrh gum, parthenium root, yellow dock root, dandelion root, Oregon grape root, uva ursi leaves, chickweed herb, catnip herb and cyani flowers.

• LBS II®: LBS II (Lower Bowel Stimulant) supports waste elimination and a clean colon. It contains cascara sagrada bark, buckthorn bark, licorice root, capsicum fruit, ginger root, Oregon grape, Turkey rhubarb root, couch grass herb and red clover tops.

• Psyllium Hulls: Psyllium hulls provide bulk to the diet.

• Burdock Root: This root supports the digestive system.

• Black Walnut Hulls: These hulls have an astringent quality beneficial to the intestinal system.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:

Take the contents of one packet (6 capsules) 15 minutes before meals up to two times daily for 15 days. Drink one glass (8 ounces) of Nature’s Spring water with the capsules, followed by another glass of water. This should produce two or three bowel movements daily. If stools become too loose, reduce the number of packets being used. Continue the program until all 30 packets have been used. Eat fresh fruits, vegetables (especially green leafy), and whole grains (rice) while using this product. Avoid red meat, coffee, alcohol, and sugary or fried foods. Drink plenty of Nature’s Spring water. Not recommended for children.
