The SUMA Combination (with adaptogen herbs), Sress-J and the Hops Concentrate provide herbal support to help nourish the body to better handle stress.

Each packet contains:

• Two capsules of Stress-J™. Contains chamomile flowers, passion flower, hops flowers, fennel seeds, marshmallow root and feverfew herb.

• Two capsules of SUMA™ Combination. Contains suma root, astragalus root, Siberian ginseng root, ginkgo leaves and gotu kola herb.

• One tablet of Nutri-Calm®. Contains vitamin C, B1, B2, B6, B12, folic acid, biotin, niacinamide and pantothenic acid in a base of schizandra fruit, choline bitartrate, PABA, wheat germ, bee pollen, valerian root, passion flower, inositol, hops flowers and citrus bioflavonoids.

• Two capsules of Hops Concentrate. Contains hops concentrate standardized to 5 percent alpha bitter acid plus hops herb.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:

Take the contents of one packet with a meal. Take one to three packets per day based on individual need. Drink at least 1 glass (8 ounces) of Nature's Spring water with each packet. This represents a 10 to 30 day supply.
