Each packet contains:
C-X® (two capsules) provides plant sources of chromium, magnesium and selenium that must be present for the proper function of the reproductive glands of mature women.

It contains black cohosh root, licorice root, Siberian ginseng root, sarsaparilla root, squaw vine herb, blessed thistle herb and false unicorn root.

Wild Yam & Chaste Tree (one capsule) contains nutrients peculiar to the needs of the female reproductive system, including diosgenin, a precursor to progesterone. These two herbs work effectively in combination.

Flax Seed Oil (one softgel) provides nutritional support for the immune and circulatory systems, including omega-3 essential fatty acids (EFAs) omega-6 EFAs that aid glandular and structural function and omega-9 EFAs that support the respiratory system.

Flax seed oil is one of the richest plant-sources of omega-3 oils, containing nearly twice as much omega-3 as fish oils.

Skeletal Strength™ (formerly SKL Formula ®, one tablet) contains vitamins and minerals to support both the structural and nervous systems. Calcium is needed for strong bones, muscle contraction and a variety of other functions.

Phosphorus works synergistically with B-vitamins and helps maintain proper fluid balance in the body.

Magnesium, often lacking in Western diets, and vitamin D assist with calcium absorption and utilization.

Nutri-Calm® (one tablet), a key system product, is designed to nutritionally support the nervous system, especially during physical stress.

Nutri-Calm is rich in vitamins C and the B-complex vitamins, and it contains additional herbs and nutrients that provide soothing support to the nervous system.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
