Balancing Toner also purifies beneath the skin’s surface, minimizing and tightening pores for a clean, refined appearance. Witch hazel promotes even skin tone. Extracts of cinnamon, ginger and burnet absorb extra oil and regulate sebum production.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
