• 54 mg pygeum extract (Prunus africana) standardized to 2.5 percent total sterols, calculated as beta-sitosterol. This herb has been popular among men in Africa and Europe for many years.

• 35 mg of standardized lycopene beadlets, a powerful antioxidant.

• 10 mg of stinging nettle extract (Urtica dioica) standardized to 2 percent plant silica.

• 115 mg of gotu kola herb (Hydrocotyle asiatica), which supports the nervous system and promotes endurance.

• 5 mg of zinc, an important mineral for men.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:

For Intensive Use: Take 3 capsules twice daily with morning and evening meals. For Maintenance: Take 2 capsules daily with a meal.
