Most of the herbs in this Cramp Relief formula were used by Native Americans or early settlers to relieve menstrual cramps.

For some women, menstrual cramps can interfere with everyday activities. Cramp Relief helps the body relax contracted muscles and ease cramping.

This formula contains several herbs that are antispasmodic and support various body systems to help in the management of minor menstrual discomfort.

Wild yam supports the female reproductive system, while black cohosh acts like estrogen and can help lift mild mood changes (so-called dark moods) that often accompany female discomfort.

Plantain helps relieve fluid buildup in the pelvic region that is sometimes associated with menstrual cramps.

Cramp Relief herbal formula contains cramp bark, wild yam root, black cohosh root, lobelia and plantain leaves.
