Charcoal is highly absorbent. It has been used for ages to help with chemical poisoning (as in drug overdoses), severe diarrhea, food poisoning and for severe gas and bloating relief.

Take four to eight capsules with water at least two hours after or one hour before eating a meal or taking medication.
